1. All OS Systems Drysuits and Travel Waders are warranted against defects in workmanship and sewn seam construction for a period of two years.
2. All diving drysuit inlet and exhaust valves in the drysuit of original installation are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years.
3. All TRAVEL WADERS are additionally replacement warranted against any and all sewn seam leaks for a period of one year. If your wader develops a sewn seam leak in the first year, OS SYSTEMS will replace it.
All OS SYSTEMS’ warranties are subject to the following terms and conditions: All warranties are to the original purchaser only and commence on the date of purchase from an authorized OS dealer. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty repairs. OS SYSTEMS reserves the right, at its own discretion, to repair the defect at its factory in Oregon or to replace the product. All freight charges are to be paid by the purchaser. This special limited warranty is void if the product has been abused, misused, or not cared for properly. OS SYSTEMS does not warrant or extend any warranties provided by the original manufacturers on the waterproof zippers. Undergarments and Longlife Latex seals are warranted for 60 days.
The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
